STANDARD SHIPPING: Flat rate of $9 for orders under $150
DELIVERY: 3-10 business days

FREE 3-10 DAY SHIPPING: On all orders $150+
DELIVERY: 3-10 business days

GROUND PLUS SHIPPING: Flat rate of $14 OR $5 upgrade for orders $150+
DELIVERY: 3-5 business day

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Flat rate of $19
DELIVERY: 2-3 business day
Please note that our expedited shipping service, UPS, cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please use a physical address.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Flat rate of $30
DELIVERY: 1 business day

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday. Please note carriers ship or deliver on the weekends. 

Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. RUMORED is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

At this time, we do not allow cancellations on orders. Due to the high volume of orders we ship daily, we work to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You are more than welcome to return your order once it has been delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit orders or shipping addresses after checkout, as they immediately begin processing at our fulfillment center.

 LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

As of January 6th, 2022, we offer Corso Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Corso Package Protection is automatically added to your order, but you can remove it before placing your order if desired. Please note: If you choose to remove Corso Package Protection, you accept that Rumored is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us at info@shoprumored.com.

 RETURN TO SENDER

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Rumored will not refund a customer's purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.

Kindly Note: If no instructions are provided within 14 days of the initial request, your parcel will be considered abandoned in accordance with the courier's Tariff/Terms and Conditions without further notice."
