STANDARD SHIPPING: Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $150. Free shipping for orders $150 or more.

GROUND PLUS SHIPPING: Flat rate of $14 OR $5 upgrade for orders $150+
DELIVERY: 3-5 business day
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Flat rate of $19
DELIVERY: 2-3 business day

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday. Please note USPS and UPS do not ship or deliver on the weekends.
Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Delivery to PO Boxes: Please note, we do not offer overnight shipping to PO boxes. This limitation is due to the fact that UPS, our expedited shipping carrier, cannot deliver to PO boxes. To ensure the prompt and secure delivery of your order, we kindly request that you provide us with a physical address instead of a PO box.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package. For your convenience, we have also included duties and taxes at checkout, preventing surprise charges upon delivery.
Please Note: The shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

EU customers, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our online withdrawal form: EU Order Withdrawal Form. If you use this online function, we will send you an email receipt confirmation without undue delay. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping; this cost depends on the country.
