Shipping & Delivery

U.S / DOMESTIC ORDERS

STANDARD SHIPPING: Flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $100. Free shipping for orders $100 or more.
DELIVERY: 3-5 business days

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Flat rate of $17
DELIVERY: 2-3 business days

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Flat rate of $30
DELIVERY: 1 business day

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday. Please note USPS and UPS do not ship or deliver on the weekends. Due to increased order volume, we ask for 3-5 business days to process orders.

Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

Please allow an additional 3-5 processing days during holiday and sale periods. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays. Rumored is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather.

Delivery to PO Boxes: Please note, we do not offer overnight shipping to PO boxes. This limitation is due to the fact that UPS, our expedited shipping carrier, cannot deliver to PO boxes. To ensure the prompt and secure delivery of your order, we kindly request that you provide us with a physical address instead of a PO box.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express shipping. Please note, the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday.  

Duties and taxes (where applicable) are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not have to pay duties upon delivery.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

At this time, we do not allow cancellations on orders. Due to the high volume of orders we ship daily, we work to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You are more than welcome to return your order once it has been delivered.

If you need to amend an address or billing information, please reach out to info@shoprumored.com ASAP. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

As of January 6th, 2022, we offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in
transit. For orders under $100, the fee is $0.98. For orders over $100, the fee is 2.75% of your order subtotal.

Route Package Protection is automatically added to your order, but you can remove it before placing your order if desired. Please note: If you
choose to remove Route Package Protection, you accept that Rumored is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please visit this page to file a claim. RETURN TO SENDER

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Rumored will not refund a customer's purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.

Kindly Note: If no instructions are provided within 14 days of the initial request, your parcel will be considered abandoned in accordance with the courier's Tariff/Terms and Conditions without further notice.
