What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed. You can also choose to pay with ShopPay, PayPal, or AmazonPay.
What size should I order?
Please check out our size guide for detailed fit information. If you’re still not sure, please DM us on Instagram or shoot us a message at info@shoprumored.com. Our fit and sizing recommendations for each piece are written on the individual product descriptions. Be sure to read that info before adding items to your cart.
Where is your clothing made?
Our clothing is designed in the U.S and manufactured in China. We are committed to ethical standards in our business and product supply chain. We only work with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to transparency and accountability.

ORDERS
Can I edit my order?
Order changes or edits can be completed within 30 minutes of purchase using the "Edit or View Your Order" link in the order confirmation email. After 30 minutes, no changes or edits can be made.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be completed within 30 minutes of purchase using the "Edit or View Your Order" link in your order confirmation email. After 30 minutes, our fulfillment center begins processing the order, and we’re unable to cancel it.
Once you receive your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you are welcome to return it.
My order says it was delivered, but I never received it?
Please double check that the shipping address you provided is complete and accurate. If so, check with your neighbors, leasing offices, and mailrooms to ensure it was not misplaced. We offer Route Package Protection on every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you paid for Route Package Protection and you cannot locate your package, please visit this page within 15 days of the noted delivery date to file a claim. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
When will my order ship?
For US Orders: All orders ship within 2 business days of ordering from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 3-10 business days to arrive. Please allow an additional 5-6 processing days during sale periods. If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose an expedited shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut off time of 12PM EST. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays. Rumored is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather.
For International Orders: We cannot guarantee shipping timelines due to customs.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $150 USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for anywhere outside of the US.
How do I start a return or exchange?
We’re sorry your Rumored purchase didn’t work out for you! To get the return process started, please visit our return portal linked HERE and follow any steps.
If I have two separate returns, can I send them back together in one package?
Unfortunately not at this time. When a return is initiated, a specific tracking number is generated and assigned to that order number. By sending both orders back in one package, only one of these tracking numbers will be scanned by the courier and appear as if the other has not yet been shipped back to us.
I received something I didn’t order?
If you received product(s) different from the one(s) that you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@shoprumored.com and we’ll be sure to get you your correct order ASAP!
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process it.
DISCOUNT
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Items purchased during a promotional sale period (or with discount of 25% or above) may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
I ordered an item and now it’s on sale or part of a promotion. Will you honor the new price?
Regrettably, we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases for items that later go on sale or are part of a site wide promotion. We truly appreciate your understanding and your loyalty.
