Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date.
Store Credit is offered on all orders received back to us within 30 days of your delivery date. Any items received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
Items are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items marked “FINAL SALE” or without authorization. Items purchased during a promotional sale period (or with discount of 20% or above) may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Our returns department reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, or do not meet the above criteria.
COST OF RETURNS
For U.S. returns, we charge a flat rate of $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
MAKING AN EXCHANGE
We offer free return shipping on exchange orders! Exchanges can be made through our returns portal: shoprumored.loopreturns.com.
You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange. Once the carrier has your return, the exchange will begin processing. All orders purchased with Instant Rumored Credit are only eligible for return for store credit.
International orders are eligible for return only. If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.
If you would like to make a return, you may ship your items back via a prepaid / trackable method to our warehouse. Refunds are offered on all international orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date. Store Credit is offered on all international orders received back to us within 30 days from your delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows “DELIVERED.”
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear back to your financial institution dependent on the processing speed of your financial institution.
REFUNDS WITH AFTERPAY
Afterpay will determine how to apply the refund to your order and adjust the payment schedule accordingly. For further questions about your order,

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Rumored does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Rumored reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund (US) /gift certificate (international).
Store Credits are valid for 12 months.
This Returns Policy was last modified on September 7th, 2021. Rumored may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. All changes to the policy are effective immediately and applicable to all returns processed on or after the last modified date above.
