EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process during the holiday season, we have outlined our holiday return policy below.
During the Holiday Season (Nov 15-Dec 25th), we will accept returns after 30 days so long as your order is returned and received at our warehouse by January 10th.
Items purchased after December 25, 2023 will follow our standard return policy outlined below.
We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Items can be returned for refund, gift card, or exchange.
Products purchased with a discount of 30% or above, may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Heavily-discounted items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Our returns department reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear (odor, stains, makeup, deodorant). Rumored monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our return policies.
Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges.
For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided and $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping labels are complimentary for exchanges or store credit.
For International customers, please click here to access our self-service returns portal. Please send your return back to our return facility via your own courier. International returns must be sent using a trackable service. Please note: we do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

We offer free exchanges on U.S Orders.
If you are outside of the U.S, please return the original item and place another order.
We provide two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange
- Instant Exchange: Your new exchange order will be created immediately once your return is submitted. A $1.00 hold will be placed on your credit card. The hold is removed as soon as your product is delivered to our facility. If the exchange product is not delivered within 14 days, you will be charged for the new order.
- Standard Exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once your return is received by our returns facility.
Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed.All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your new order number. Please note, exchange orders cannot be exchanged more than once.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several days to reflect on your original form of payment.This varies upon your financial institution. Please note, if the order was processed with store credit and credit/debit card our system will refund both payment methods.
Store credits are issued via email and can be applied towards a future purchase. Store credits do not expire.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we’ll handle it for you! Please include all faults and images of the issues found.
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim.
Rumored does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Rumored reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
This Returns Policy was last modified in October 2023. Rumored may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. All changes to the policy are effective immediately and applicable to all returns processed on or after the last modified date above.
